This website, www.wiserootsliving.com, is operated by Wise Roots Living LLC. Throughout these Terms, “Wise Roots,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wise Roots Living LLC.

These Terms explain the conditions for using our website and purchasing our products. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws that apply to you. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt to access another person’s information.

Our products

Wise Roots creates botanical skincare by hand in small batches.

Natural ingredients may produce slight variations in color, aroma, or texture between batches. These variations do not, by themselves, indicate a defect. They do not excuse a product that is unsafe, defective, or materially different from its description.

Product photographs are illustrative. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and packaging may receive minor updates. The product supplied must still match the essential characteristics described when you purchased it.

Please review the product description, ingredients, directions, and storage information before ordering.

Product use and skin sensitivity

Our skincare products are intended for cosmetic use and should be used only as directed. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the label, they are for external use only.

Review the ingredients for any known allergies and patch test before use. Natural ingredients can still cause sensitivity. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Website content about skincare, botanical ingredients, rituals, or wellbeing is provided for general educational purposes. It is not individualized medical advice. Our cosmetic products are not presented as treatments or cures for medical conditions.

Individual experiences and results vary. Customer testimonials describe personal experiences and do not guarantee that you will experience the same results.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for product safety or your legal rights.

Orders and acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment. This confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we send your shipping confirmation.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, or an inability to deliver to the requested address.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for the unavailable items.

If a material pricing or product-description error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Prices, currencies, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Where prices must legally include taxes, they will be presented accordingly.

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or transaction fees under its own terms.

Prices may change for future purchases. A later price change does not alter the agreed price of an accepted order.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with each offer, including any expiration date, eligible products, or minimum purchase.

Unless an offer states otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

Changes to an offer will not affect purchases already accepted under its stated conditions.

Shipping and delivery

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Puerto Rico, Spain, and the Dominican Republic, subject to the destinations available at checkout.

Available delivery options, shipping charges, and any stated processing or delivery estimates are provided before purchase.

Please check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error, contact connect@wiserootsliving.com promptly. We will try to update it before dispatch.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised, we will notify you and provide any delay, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Using a delivery carrier does not remove our obligations to you under applicable consumer law.

Any import duties or customs charges payable by you will be disclosed before purchase where applicable and legally required.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Because our formulas are handmade in small batches, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges, including for changes of mind or personal preferences.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. We will try to accommodate your request before dispatch. This does not limit any cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by law.

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, email connect@wiserootsliving.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs are helpful if available. Please contact us before sending anything back.

We will provide a refund, replacement, or other remedy as required by applicable law. Refunds due are issued to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed.

Our no-voluntary-returns policy does not override mandatory consumer protections. These include:

Spain: A 14-calendar-day withdrawal right for eligible online purchases. The hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
Dominican Republic: Where distance-selling rules apply, the applicable three-business-day reflection period before delivery and seven-business-day trial period, together with legally required remedies and costs.

Website content and intellectual property

Our original website text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other creative materials belong to Wise Roots Living or their respective licensors.

You may browse the website and use purchased or freely provided guides for your personal, noncommercial purposes.

Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials.

Reviews and feedback

Reviews submitted to our website should reflect your honest experience. Please do not include another person’s private information, unlawful content, or misleading statements.

When you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it on our website with the name or display name you provide. We will not change its meaning.

We may moderate reviews for spam, abusive language, privacy violations, or other unlawful content. A review will not be removed solely because it is negative.
