Returns & Refunds

Each Wise Roots formula is handmade in small batches, with care for the ingredients and the skin it will touch.

All sales are final

We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges, including for changes of mind, personal preferences, or products purchased by mistake.

Please review the product description and complete ingredient list before ordering. If you need help choosing a formula, reach out before purchasing—we’re happy to guide you.

This policy is subject to the mandatory consumer rights described below.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email connect@wiserootsliving.com as soon as reasonably possible with:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photographs of the product and packaging, if available.

Please keep the product and packaging while we review your concern. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law, at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us before shipping any product back.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method, including any delivery charges refundable under applicable law.

We will confirm when the refund has been processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display it.

Skin sensitivity

Every person’s skin is unique. Please review the ingredients and patch test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact us.

Personal sensitivity or dissatisfaction with results does not automatically qualify for a refund. Your rights concerning unsafe, defective, or incorrectly described products remain protected.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.

For eligible online purchases in Spain, customers have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal right. The hygiene exception applies only to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

Where Dominican distance-selling rules apply, we honor the applicable three-business-day reflection period before delivery and seven-business-day trial period, including any legally required return rights and costs.
