Our formulas are created with botanical ingredients chosen to support the appearance of clearer, softer, calmer, and more luminous skin. Through the alchemy of plant oils, herbs, clays, honey, and essential oils, Wise Roots rituals may help support skin that feels congested, dry, irritated, dull, blemish-prone, redness-prone, or out of balance.

Many of the plants we work with have been traditionally used to care for skin experiencing visible imbalances such as breakouts, roughness, dryness, redness, flakiness, and sensitivity. Still, Wise Roots does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, or rosacea. Can I use the products every day?

Yes. Diosa Rituals and Bruja Blessings can be used daily, or even twice a day, depending on your skin’s needs, rhythm, and sensitivity.

Diosa Rituals may be used as your morning and/or evening cleansing ritual. Bruja Blessings may be applied after cleansing to nourish, soften, and seal the skin with botanical oils.

Canela Prayers is a more active mask ritual, so it is best used weekly, biweekly, or occasionally, depending on how your skin responds. If your skin is naturally dry, sensitive, or reactive, we recommend beginning with once a week or every two weeks.

As with all Wise Roots rituals, listen to your skin. Some seasons ask for more nourishment, some ask for more simplicity. The skin knows how to speak when we slow down enough to hear it.

Why should I keep water out of the bottles?

Wise Roots products are natural, alive, and intentionally created without unnecessary synthetic preservatives. To preserve their purity, potency, and integrity, it is important to keep water out of the bottles and pouches.

Please avoid touching droppers or pumps directly with your hands, face, or wet skin, and do not allow water to enter the formula. This helps protect the product from contamination and keeps the botanical ritual as fresh, clean, and alive as possible.

How should I store my products?

Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Close each bottle or pouch well after use.
