Canela Prayers is the treatment ritual of the collection… a dry botanical mask created for the moments when skin needs a true reset.

It was born intuitively, through a meeting with clays, herbs, fruits, woods, and warming spices that simply felt meant to come together. Only later did I recognize that its intuitive architecture echoed the lineage of ancient Ayurvedic beauty rituals, where powdered botanicals were activated fresh at the moment of use to purify, polish, and awaken the skin. This refined treatment helps draw out excess oil and impurities, visibly brighten dullness, smooth the look of texture, and leave the complexion looking clearer, softer, and more radiant.

At its core is a beautiful meeting of earth and spice… purifying clays, finely milled botanicals, antioxidant-rich fruits, sacred woods, and warming herbs that come alive the moment they meet water. The result is not a heavy mask, but a sensorial polishing treatment that feels ancient and ceremonial. Skin looks freshly awakened… more even, more luminous, and touched by that healthy warmth that reads as vitality.

Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of Canela Prayers into a glass, ceramic, wood, or plastic bowl. Add water slowly (about 2 teaspoons if using 1 teaspoon of clay) until a smooth, spreadable paste forms. You may also blend it with a floral water or a touch of aloe vera gel for a more personalized ritual. Apply a thin, even layer onto clean skin using a brush or your hands, avoiding the eye area, and leave on until the mask has fully dried. Rinse gently with warm water, then follow with Bruja Blessings or your preferred moisturizer.

The consistency can be adjusted to your liking… thinner for a softer application, or richer for a more intensive treatment. A light rosy flush may appear after use, a natural sign of the mask’s warming botanicals and active clays at work. Use 1 to 2 times per week and it should last from 4-6 months.

For best performance, prepare the mask only with non-metal tools. Bentonite clay is best kept away from metal, so choose a spoon and bowl made of glass, ceramic, wood, or plastic.

Keep the blend dry between uses, and avoid introducing moisture directly into the pouch.
